I help teams that are actually shipping LLM / agent / RAG systems in production and need either a second set of eyes or a temporary extra engineer. I don't do strategy consulting. I don't do "AI readiness assessments". I write code, read code, and tell you what's broken.

For: teams that need an extra senior IC to design + ship a specific system. Past examples: building a multi-tenant RAG pipeline, designing an eval harness for an agent product, migrating from LangChain to a custom orchestration layer.

For: founders or eng leads who want a regular sounding board without a full engagement.
- 1 hour video call every other week
- Async questions over email between calls
- Bring code, architecture diagrams, or just questions
$400/month · 3-month minimum · paid quarterly
What I don't do
- Building chatbots that nobody will use
- "AI strategy" without an existing engineering organization
- Hourly contracts < 20 hours
- Equity-only deals (sorry)
